The Nicholls State Coaching Staff would like to invite all High School players from grades 9-12, along with all Uncommitted JUCO Players to our Showcase on Saturday, July 12th, at Ray E. Didier Field. The showcase will begin at 9:00 AM with registration starting at 8:15.
This showcase will be a great opportunity to get in front of the Nicholls State Coaching staff and many other college coaches.
Players will be put through a pro-style workout, which includes the 60yd dash, defensive evaluation, and a Batting Practice Segment.
After the pro-style workout, we will break for a small amount of time for lunch (not provided). Once we resume, players will be split into teams and play as many games as possible. This is a great opportunity to be evaluated within the game of baseball, versus just a workout.
Anyone who wishes to participate as a Pitcher Only can show up after the pro-style workout.
